In 2016, "The Argument" was created by friends Lehi & Michelle. As they began to write together the musical chemistry unfolded into lengthy gigs, weekend studio time, and the birth of "Paroxysm", Michelle's debut album.

As the band formed, the friends asked drummer Dr. John Willis to join the chaos. The threesome managed to get one or two rehearsal under their belts before John left for a 4 year North Carolina adventure. Lehi & Michelle continued to write and develop the group, later changing their name to "My Blue Heart". After the pandemic, John returned to Denver, the band regrouped, and asked Denver music mayor Pavlo Krokidis to join the fold thus launching the official completion of the band in 2021. MBH released their debut album "Masquerade" in 2023.

In September 2025, Michelle retired from keys and MBH asked Jeremy Davis to join the band. He graciously accepted and has become the keys/utility player. In January 2026, MBH bid farewell to John as he moved on to create space in his life for other passions and to focus on family, but we still catch him on the golf course and in the Denver music scene. In July 2026 Cam Beckerdite jumped behind the kit as MBH continues to write their second studio album.

My Blue Heart is an art-pop band that blends world music, jazz, rock, punk, and avant-garde influences to create danceable anthems that explore themes of celebration, love, and rebellion with an unapologetic anti-establishment and anti-capitalist message.
